WinX Free FLV to MP3 Converter has a very simple and intuitive graphical user interface. All you really need to get started is to add a file to the interface. From there, you can even set a start and end time, should you not need to convert the whole file. You can't really change many settings, but you can increase the audio bitrate and its sample rate. Of course, your final audio file's quality will only be as good as the source file you are using. I recommend that you slide the volume bar all the way to the left to 0, to prevent the application from trying to increase the volume of your file. This often leads to bad sound quality. Thankfully, it can be easily avoidable.
All in all, this application works great, it couldn't be easier to use and it is free.
